Shipping and Delivery
Every PawVerse item is made to order just for you. Delivery has two steps: production, then shipping.
United States: production takes 2 to 5 business days, then shipping takes 3 to 7 business days. Total: about 5 to 12 business days from your order date.
International: production takes 2 to 5 business days, then shipping takes 2 to 4 weeks because of customs processing and longer routes.
Shipping cost: shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Tracking: you will get tracking by email once your order ships. Tracking can pause for a few days when your package moves to the local carrier. This is normal and your order is still on its way.
Duties and taxes: international orders may be subject to import taxes and duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.
